The bathroom door was the biggest disappointment. Its surface was peeling and swollen, and it was clearly damaged. The room was very dusty too, and some dishes were dirty. Given what we paid, I expected better upkeep and quality. The price and condition just didn’t match.

The apartment was modern, lovely and warm, with loads of space for luggage. It was spotless, in a great location, and had great amenities. The bed was very comfortable too. Nothing but good things to say about our stay, and I can’t wait to try the Bob collection elsewhere!

We could easily walk to the Old Town, and the apartment was very quiet. It suited our family well, with separate bedrooms and everything well equipped. A good option for either a short or longer stay in Tallinn. There’s no parking onsite, but plenty of options in the neighborhood.

There’s no elevator, so you have to carry all your heavy luggage upstairs yourself. The gym and breakfast are outside the building too, so you have to walk to them. I paid an extra 9.5 euros for a 60-minute late checkout, but then couldn’t get into my flat. I waited 20 minutes for a reply, which made the morning stressful and rushed instead of peaceful. Don’t expect fast answers or quick support here. Better book a hotel with a reception.
