Good value for money, with friendly staff, decent Wi-Fi, a new place, and a good breakfast. The first night they gave me a bigger room at no extra charge because mine wasn't ready, but I had to move rooms later. In the first room, the hot water pressure was very low, so I couldn't shower on the first day. The single room is very dark, has no ventilation, and its window faces a dark, enclosed space. There's no fridge, and the only mirror is in the bathroom. The gap between the toilet seat and sink is too tight.

Really nice hotel with good service and kind, humble staff. The manager was especially nice, his name was Abdu or something like that.

Best value for money in all of downtown cairo, with the best people I've ever met. I'd definitely go back, just not in summer.

For this price, it's excellent, as long as you don't expect the hilton. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked two outstanding, well-priced trips through them, each with a private guide and no group of 20 others, just me on my own 1 on 1. Yasmin was extremely knowledgeable, and I'd ask her opinion on future visits. The only complaint is that Wi-Fi can be hit or miss, though it's fine in the lobby.
