Rex and Shirley. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the hotel is in a central part of Cairo. Fantastic place.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always attentive to what I needed. It’s in a prime location too. A great hotel, highly recommended.

Downtown is busy here, with shops nearby, along with restaurants and bakeries. The nearest metro station is close too. The hotel is clean and very good, breakfast is served, and the staff are lovely and do their best to help.

The room itself was only clean on the floor and in the toilet. The walls were marked and shabby, the wardrobe was dusty, and we had to wash the hangers before putting clothes on them. There may not even be a toilet or shower in the room. The building is very old, dirty, and run-down, and gives the impression nobody lives there. The hall sofas and chairs were filthy, ripped, and burnt, probably older than I am. Keep an eye on the people posting positive reviews, they might be hotel management or people they know.
