The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast had good food with plenty of options. The service and location were great, with a perfect spot near everything. Shaimaa was especially helpful. Ashraf and Joseph, though, were not professional.

What I look for in a hotel is clean rooms, a manager who pays attention to guests, and staff who are genuinely friendly rather than putting on a show. Good service should also mean kind, generous treatment, easy interaction, and flexibility without taking advantage of people. This hotel is pleasant, with a reasonable price for its location and service, and I recommend it. Check the offers on Booking.com and Agoda. Guests can politely ask reception about those deals and see if they can get a better price, even though the regular rate is already fair. The management and staff are clearly keen to improve, provide quality, and keep customers satisfied, so I advise guests to be polite with the reception team.

The hotel itself is lovely, the location even better, and the room was very clean. The staff were generally polite, helpful, and committed to good service, especially Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Mina. I'd definitely choose it again on my next trip to Cairo and highly recommend it. Best wishes to everyone.

I had a terrible stay in what felt like a 15th-floor apartment in a building, not a hotel. It was dirty, the elevator was painfully slow, and at times I had to ride another elevator to the 16th floor and walk back down the stairs. The staff seemed focused only on making money: they charged for laundry if they found a towel dirty, and searched the room inappropriately when I checked out. When I asked to extend my stay, they offered a discount if I gave them a 10 on Booking.com and mentioned their name in my review. God is my witness.
