We've been back three times now, and the cats still look healthy and well-groomed. We were especially happy to see the "three-legged friend" doing well. If you visit, bring them a few treats! 😺 The food has improved too, with a more balanced and varied menu, and the pizza is especially delicious. Mohamed Omar at reception was so welcoming and polite, got our check-in moving quickly, and arranged a room with a beautiful sea view. There are a few things that could be better. The rooms feel tired and need renovation, housekeeping was inconsistent, and some restaurant dishes were chipped or cracked. Still, the lovely location, green grounds and clean beach go a long way. We also appreciated how the management treats guests after checkout. We were welcome to have lunch and relax until our flight, and never felt like strangers. We'll be back!

The people at this hotel really made our holiday. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and valued, and we'd happily stay again. At the tour desk, Mahmoud Ahmed from Diving Vision / Tasneem Aqua Sports took time to understand what we wanted from excursions and what we felt comfortable doing. He gave honest advice, sometimes suggested local transport to save money, and every trip he recommended was excellent. He also checked on us after each excursion to see how it went and whether it met our expectations. We looked forward to seeing Bassam Khalid and Feikry at the main restaurant. Even though it was buffet service, they greeted us, helped us find a table, remembered what we liked, helped with drinks and plates, and asked about our day. Mustfa at the lounge bar was friendly and welcoming, and we loved his special drinks, which we called 'Mustfa Mocktails'. Emil Botros was also kind and professional. Ahmed, our Room Porter, kept the room spotless each day and made lovely towel displays with fresh flowers. Coming back to the room was always a treat. At reception, Ahmed Mohamed was professional, courteous and friendly, and remembered our names every time, which made us feel appreciated. The location was great too. We had a wonderful stay at Naama Bay Hotel & Resort in April 2026, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

The balcony view is lovely, and the rooms have good soundproofing. The hotel's location and service are excellent, with a transfer available to and from the beach. The beach is small, with one very shallow section and another that's a bit deeper, though both are still shallow, especially at low tide. Rooms in the main building look old and haven't been renovated in a long time.

The food was disappointing overall: many things were cold, overcooked or undercooked. Breakfast was the one meal that was reliably good, especially the fresh pancakes and omelettes. I was paying for all inclusive but got bored with the food and went to McDonald's, KFC and Pizza Hut nearby a few times. The hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by Russians. Nothing wrong with that, but I thought it was worth mentioning. The rooms feel dated. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, ran constantly and struggled to hold a steady temperature, though it did drown out some of the club music outside. There was mould in the bathroom, and the bath plug didn't work properly, so water leaked onto the floor during a long enough shower. Housekeeping was basic, neither terrible nor impressive. The staff were lovely, but the level of attention you'd expect at a five-star place seemed to show up mainly when tipping. Tipping is very much part of the culture here. The location is great, with plenty nearby, but club noise carries straight into the rooms at night. The stay was okay, though the hotel felt more like three stars than the advertised five. Night entertainment wasn't great and could be better prepared. It would help if the entertainment staff wore uniforms so guests, especially children, could identify them. The women on the team seemed short on enthusiasm, while the men brought good energy and did a great job. If you're relaxing in the lobby at night, the lights go off shortly after midnight without warning. I understand drinks stop around then, but it'd be better if the lights stayed on a little longer. I hope this helps others decide if the hotel suits them. Despite the hotel experience, Egypt itself is beautiful and absolutely worth visiting.

The food was among the best I've had at hotels in Sharm. There are two restaurants, both with good variety and flavour, and several pools to choose from. I enjoyed my stay. The furniture could use an update, since some pieces feel old. Markets are close by, but the beach is an 8-10 minute walk, which got tiring after staying at places where it was about two minutes away.
