The reception team, especially Mohammed Awad, made our stay stand out. He was professional, friendly and genuinely caring, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Naama Bay Suites & Spa was comfortable and relaxing, with good service and cleanliness throughout. It was a great stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and a memorable visit.

The music from the bar above the rooms was so loud it echoed straight into our room, almost as if we were in the bar ourselves. This started on Friday. I waited about an hour, until around 11 p.m., before calling reception. They said it would stop within 30 minutes at most, but nothing changed. When I went to reception in person, they said the bar closed at 2 a.m. and that nothing could be done, that's just how it was. The only suggestion was that I go to the bar and get a discount as a hotel guest. This place isn't cheap, and the comfort wasn't what you'd expect for the price. If I'd known about the noise before booking, I never would've stayed. If you're hoping to get some rest, this clearly isn't the right hotel.

Tamer was kind and gave great service managing the breakfast area. Abdel Aziz at the front desk was polite, helpful and quick to respond. I really liked the hotel and its staff.

We had a lovely stay in this clean, nice place, with friendly staff. Ahmed in the breakfast area and Mahmoud at the front desk were especially great.
