The pools worked well for everyone, with quiet areas for adults as well as family pools. Our room was spacious, spotless and just right, with beautiful views. Meals had lots of choice, everything was fresh and well prepared, and there was something for everyone. We felt welcome from arrival and were treated wonderfully by the warm, attentive staff. Mohammed in Housekeeping was thoughtful and made sure our room was just right. Mostafa at the bar worked hard and always had a smile. Maram was helpful and cheerful. Summer and Hugo from the Entertainment Team brought great energy and made each day fun. Stefanie was kind and caring, bringing blankets when the weather cooled and offering help with anything. Thanks to all of you for making the stay unforgettable. We just got back from an incredible visit to TUI Magic Life Redsina, and can't praise it enough. We'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Magic Life Redsina for its food, service and welcoming atmosphere.

What a lovely holiday. There was different entertainment every night, and the team made us feel welcome. Georgie, the assistant manager, was especially helpful and great company. Ilker the chef made an extra effort to accommodate my mum's allergies, which left us feeling comfortable and reassured. The waiters and bar staff were attentive and efficient, with Islam and Ahmed going the extra mile. Sabry did our photoshoot and was talented and professional. I'd recommend it all!

We had a fantastic time at TUI MAGIC LIFE Redsina and want to thank the whole team for making our holiday memorable. The place felt warm, welcoming and well organized from the minute we arrived. The food was consistently excellent, with lots of variety and good quality, and the chefs and kitchen team deserve credit. The restaurant staff and waiters were quick, polite and attentive, always making sure guests were comfortable. The animation team brought positive energy and professionalism each day without being pushy, and created a great atmosphere around the resort. Housekeeping, reception, the bar team and the people working behind the scenes all helped make the stay smooth and relaxing. Thank you for the care and effort. I've stayed at this hotel about 30 times, and it's my favorite in Egypt. Coming back feels less like checking into a hotel and more like returning to a beloved family. The atmosphere is always warm, the staff are incredibly friendly and truly outstanding, and the food is delicious with plenty of variety. I'm especially glad that most of the guests come from European countries. I'm deeply grateful to the hotel's General Manager, Tarek Allam, for the wonderful welcome and for organizing the whole team so well. Everyone working here is a true professional. The pool and beach staff, Ahmed Sleem and Mostafa, are the best. And thanks to the animation team, Slim Hichri and Hugo, for the great mood and unforgettable emotions. I was very sorry not to see the wonderful managers Shaker Hamdy and Amgad Hosny this time.
