Hostal Número Trece - Adults Only

We loved the cozy, small feel of the hostel, even though the pods are really spacious. The top floor workspace and terrace were great, and the kitchen was well set up with a coffee machine and dishwasher. Staff were very friendly, and the cleaners did a seriously thorough job.

The guests' behavior was a big problem: there was drinking and noise even in the rooms, and on several occasions people had sex without any respect for others. Food also gets stolen from the fridges, and there are heating problems. Some guests have no consideration for anyone else. The staff member Francisco was aggressive and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to travelers.

The location worked well for getting here from the airport, bus terminal, or train station, and it’s easy to walk to the beach and main tourist spots. The area felt pretty safe to me. Inside, the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean with well-kept bathrooms. I’d stay again, though there’s no elevator, which makes a big suitcase a bit of a pain. I also wished the kitchen had a stove for cooking, but having somewhere to store and heat food was still useful.

Really cheap, central, and safe, and it was clean too. Free coffee and towels, what more do you need? Lovely wee place. Thanks, I’ll be back.
