The location was peaceful and quiet but still close to everything I needed. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the cozy, comfortable space matched its description. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant visit.

Everything is within walking distance, so the location couldn't be better. The clean, modern rooms are spacious, and they even let us choose from different pillows. Housekeeping had always been through by the time we got back from the beach. My only reason for giving the room four stars is that there was no terrace or drying rack. After a long beach day, it was really hard to dry our towels and swimsuits.

This isn't a regular hotel, it works more like an Airbnb, with no reception. That wasn't mentioned on the website or Booking.com when I booked. I arrived without the passcode for the main entrance and spent almost two hours outside trying to reach someone. Phone calls went unanswered. WhatsApp was the only way I got a response. Thankfully, after waiting those two hours, I saw the cleaning lady through the glass and she told me to contact someone on WhatsApp who could help. The hotel representative asked me to send my name, passport number, and other sensitive details over WhatsApp. He never apologized for leaving me outside for two hours or for the lack of check-in information. The communication was poor and the staff were rude, leaving me stressed and inconvenienced. I also wish I'd looked beyond the mostly positive Google reviews, since Booking.com has several accounts of people running into this same issue. In my view, this should be delisted from Booking.com and advertised as an Airbnb, since that's how it operates. The room wasn't as clean as the photos suggested. Some drawers and cabinets wouldn't fully open because other furniture was blocking them and couldn't be moved. The whole experience deserves one star.

I stayed three nights and really enjoyed the apartment. It's a hidden little gem in central Alicante, right beside mushroom street. The bed was big and comfortable, the shower was 10/10, and the room was cleaned daily. I liked having a big smart TV with a couch opposite it, and the place felt very private with just two rooms per floor. A few small things could be better: there weren't any USB sockets, and the AC got loud on the highest fan setting, though it was quiet on lower settings and still kept the room warm or cold. I also wish there'd been more toilet roll, with some extra left in the empty drawers. It's an excellent modern apartment, and I'd stay again without hesitation if I return to Alicante.
