It's small and really just a place to sleep, but clean, with an easy check-in and check-out and a nice view. The location is perfect. We had a storm one night, and it was noisy on the 27th floor, if you've never stayed that high. Some cosmetic work and a small investment in a smart TV would help. In general I can recommend it, and with a bit of investment it could be a top place.

I stayed in the “mountain view one” in March 2026, and honestly don't understand the high rating. My wife is allergic to dust and immediately had a stuffy nose and started coughing. We swept, and the rinse water came out black. The electrics had come out of the wall. Also, if the window had nearly blown out before, why was the tape still there much later? Please do some maintenance.

Right in central Alicante, these apartments are very close to the train station and a little farther from the port. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we had what we needed for a relaxing stay.

From the 28th floor there are mountain views, and the apartment was clean and well equipped. It's in central Alicante beside the main train station, with the Esplanade, castle, beach, shops, and restaurants all within a kilometer. Very good value for money.
