AB Marina Apartments

They say the elevator sign limited it to two people, but five of us got in without noticing it. The staff member says she greeted us and pointed toward the sign; we say we didn't hear her over our talking and laughter. She says she spoke normally and that we were the ones treating her badly, calling her rude over a simple comment. She says she never claimed to be the building manager, only that she worked there and monitored the building. In her view, staff are there to keep the building safe and make sure guests can use its facilities, including the elevator, which residents and older people also need to move their luggage. She says nobody treated us badly and asks for more consistency in comments. She was offended by our remarks, especially what we said about her appearance and eyesight.
