If zero were an option, I'd rate this place zero. The blanket was stained, there was hair everywhere, and the toilet towels were dirty. It was so filthy that sleeping there was impossible. We asked for a refund and left straight away. Don't go.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION, AND SCAMMERS WILL CONTACT YOU FOR MONTHS! Almost as soon as I booked, scammers started contacting me while pretending to be this hotel. At first I wondered if the hotel had been hacked, but apparently they do nothing to protect or warn you. I cancelled because I was concerned, and I'm still being harassed. This is completely unacceptable.

I paid the full amount, including taxes, through Booking.com. The hotel wouldn't let me check in unless I paid another €44 for “taxes” that weren't listed anywhere. They never refunded that money. Completely unacceptable. Update after the hotel's reply: their response is false. Without checking the facts or knowing my booking number, they said I'd booked through Expedia instead of Booking.com. I booked through Booking.com and can confirm it with screenshots. They still refused check-in unless I paid the extra €44, which was never refunded. Dishonest and unacceptable.

After a long trip, we arrived at the building with our bags and had to wait on the street for more than an hour while trying to reach management and find out how to get into the building and our room. They said they somehow couldn't find my booking in their system. Then they told me to walk to another apartment at night or they would cancel my booking if I refused. I asked them to at least send a taxi to take me to the new place. They said they couldn't, and threatened to cancel if I didn't want to go. This is the worst Airbnb property management company I've ever used.
