Aparthotel Atenea Calabria

The quiet, pleasant neighborhood worked well for our family trip with two children, and the apartment suited us perfectly. The staff were very kind and ready to help. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well organized, with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. A great supermarket is right next to the aparthotel, and the metro is close by, making it quick and direct to reach central Barcelona and its main sights. Breakfast had plenty of variety, from sweet choices to savory ones, so there was something for everyone. I already recommended Atenea Calabria Aparthotel to a friend, and it'll be my choice when I come back to Barcelona. It's part of the City Hotels group in Spain, which has many hotels in Barcelona and other cities, and that gives me added confidence in the service.

The hotel turned out exactly as shown in the ads, and our seven-night family stay was better than I expected. The cleaning team tidied the rooms every day, and everything was very clean. The mattresses were really comfortable, and the kitchen appliances were new and nearly complete. There's a 24-hour supermarket just a few steps away. The metro isn't right next door, but it's not far either. Staff were friendly and respectful. If I come back to Barcelona, this hotel will be my first choice.

The grocery store next door was a big plus, and the metro was only a five-minute walk away, with just a few stops to the main attractions. Rooms were clean and well designed, if oddly shaped and not especially large, but still very liveable. We could hear the neighbors a little since the rooms weren't soundproof. Breakfast had a good selection of cold items, but the hot food was kind of yucky and didn't seem fresh.

We had a nice stay with the family. The apartment hotel is handy for getting around Barcelona, with Rocafort metro station about a five-minute walk away and a Mercadona right next door. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too 👍. Great location.
