Feelathome Gran Via Apartment

I had a really good stay! The windows are huge, the key works smoothly, and the hot water pressure is great. Even the place smells nice, and the dishes are super clean. There's lots of room for luggage, too, and the staff are friendly. Air conditioning costs just 10 euros a day. I barely managed to stay up until 4:00 AM without getting caught! Since there weren't any Korean reviews, I wanted to leave one. Koreans, have a great trip!

The room was the worst part: tiny, damp smelling, and in terrible condition. It measured about 1x1 meter, with barely any room to stand. The bed was held together with tape, and the light bulbs were loose. I paid almost 400 euros for 4 nights, then they wanted another 10 euros per night for air conditioning and a 100 euro damage deposit. A disgracefully overpriced room. I offered to pay cash for the air conditioning and handed over 50 euros, but they had no change and wouldn't offer any solution. There were 3 rooms available, so moving me to another one wouldn't have cost them anything. No empathy or service at all. The smell was awful, and the manager was bitter, stiff, and unpleasant. They ruined my time in Barcelona. Getting to the room was bad too. I arrived around 2:00 PM after calling more than 16 times to get an answer about my reservation. They eventually replied by message, but were incredibly rude. The woman who greeted me was cold, curt, and unwilling to help, and told me the area was extremely unsafe. I waited 20 minutes in the sun for the key, during which someone tried to steal my phone twice. When I told the manager, she said that was normal. If you're considering booking here, don't. It's a shame that places and people like this still exist.
