Ficus

The staff made my husband feel at home during his stay at the Ficus Residence, and I'm very grateful. The nurses were so kind and attentive, while the reception team were genuinely welcoming. They also kept everything on track and served homemade food. A huge thank you to everyone there.

The educator is the only person in management who's been there a long time and seems truly effective. The geroculturist, kitchen team, and other humble staff are a 10, but the management staff and highly qualified people don't do as well. They don't look after the staff they have. At first, they try to get everything right, but it's difficult. After some time, I'm convinced other areas would work better with better-qualified people.

My father is very happy since he was admitted here. He says the food is very good, and everyone's been kind to him. I'll share updates later. Thank you to the staff for looking after all the residents every day.

The team is friendly, committed, and provides ongoing care. They also have a steady schedule of activities to keep our loved ones occupied and engaged. The center itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff are excellent. I recommend checking out their blog.
