I stayed here more than two weeks ago. They put a 250 euro security deposit hold on your account at check-in, which seemed reasonable, but the money is still blocked nearly three weeks later even though they say it’s been released. That’s a lot to have tied up, so they should use a different system or skip the deposit altogether.

The outside of the building looks pretty ordinary, but the apartments are modern and well equipped. We stayed on the top, 7th floor, and had a large, nicely finished bathroom, a great kitchen, and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is lively and well located. We had a fantastic stay, and the helpful staff made it even better. I’d recommend it and stay again on a future visit.

The metro is just around the corner, and supermarkets and good restaurants are nearby, so getting around and finding what you need was easy. Our rooms at Mercedes Heritage Apartments Barcelona were modern and beautiful, and the neighborhood had a lively feel. The service team was polite and helpful. Miquel was an absolute star and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend it.

We were four adults in the family, staying for a long weekend to explore Barcelona. The apartment had a small private balcony, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and quite modern. Check-in staff were very helpful, and it was a great bonus that the front desk and security were always available. No issues at all, and I’d recommend it.

We booked a four-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped and maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are close by, with the metro within walking distance. Definitely worth staying here.
