The area is nice, and the building is quiet. The apartment has two small balconies and plenty of space, but cleanliness could be better, particularly in the bathroom. The second bedroom has no window, and its large bunk bed isn't very comfortable. In the main bedroom, the mattress dips on the right side, and the pillows had no covers.

On Passeig de Gràcia, these new spaces are worth a look. Sit down and take in the balconies, beautiful ceilings, and entrances made with the Eixample district’s classic natural stone.
