A terrible start to the vacation. I booked an apartment here, but the room was awful: hair in the bett, yellow flecks in the toilet, and an unclean floor. Reception said a family with children was living in the neighboring room, and it was really noisy, so I left. I asked to cancel my reservation and am still waiting for my money back. Otherwise, this will end in court. There are plenty of apartments in this price range that really can't be compared with this place.

The units are good, the prices are reasonable, and the neighbors are kind.

Kind neighbors, decent units, and fair prices.

It’s well placed between the city center and the beach, with large supermarkets just a four-minute walk away and Pargue de la Paloma about five minutes away. There’s a 24-hour reception, too. The building itself is very old, and the elevators seem to be original. Most of the shared areas feel much as they always have and could do with an update. It used to be an apartment hotel, but now has many Airbnb apartments in varying condition.

The area is quiet and peaceful, and the service was friendly. It’s close to the city center, and there’s a pool to cool off and unwind in. Parking was the one hassle, particularly at the weekend. The street was being worked on, which may explain it.
