The staff are what make me want to come back. Maria at the bar is great and always greets you with a smile, and I can’t fault anyone on the team. Special shout-out to the woman running pool entertainment. She was so friendly and caring, and made killer darts fun. Yesterday she even joined in because we didn’t have enough people for a team. The location is the best, with the beach, shops, and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. The rooms are huge and clean. There are two good-sized pools, one cold and one warm. I booked this as a last-minute holiday and am staying here now. I've been coming for years, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in around Palma Nova and Magaluf. I'll definitely be back.

The pool was dire. Sunbeds were crammed together, and people had towels on them from 6am, then didn't show up until mid-afternoon. There wasn't even enough room to squeeze a thin, crispy pizza sideways between the beds. We were woken every morning by all-nighters staggering along the corridors, ringing door buzzers as they tried to find their rooms. The location works well for both Palma Nova and Magaluf, and the staff were friendly and gave great service. Still, we won't be rushing back.

We liked the location: close to local amenities but far enough from the pubs and clubs to reduce the chance of nighttime noise. The hotel was clean and tidy. The service was the one letdown. We emailed several times before arriving and never got a response.

The rooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable. We stayed for 10 days at the end of August. Our only real gripes were that we arrived at 12 and couldn't get into our rooms until 2, and there wasn't much of the pool where you could stand with your feet on the floor. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Palmanova.
