H10 Casa del Mar Hotel

The only real letdown was the outdoor pool, which was so cold we couldn’t get in. The spa, though, was a nice extra, and the rooftop has a breathtaking view. Being right on the beachfront made the location a must for us, with everything within walking distance. At breakfast and dinner, Margarita, Maribel and Carlos were especially welcoming. They made us feel almost at home, the service was five-star, and the meals were a blast. There was plenty of food to suit different tastes. The Reception team were friendly and ready to help, too. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

That rooftop pool and bar really made the stay, and the beachfront location has incredible views. The room was another story: small, dated and in need of a facelift. We’d booked a pool view, but were first “upgraded” to a “lateral sea view” that actually looked at the bins and the McDonald’s next door. They sorted it quickly and moved us to a pool view room, which was fine. The beds were VERY hard. I normally like a firm mattress, but this was too much. When we asked what could be done, they offered an extra duvet to put on top. There weren’t enough loungers, and the pool spends a big part of the day in the shade. Bali beds cost extra, I think around €60. The location is amazing, right on the beach. I’d say the hotel is okay for 3 nights, but any longer and your back won’t thank you. I probably wouldn’t return.

The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and they kindly upgraded our room to a side sea view. Since it was my sister’s birthday, they also left a bottle of prosecco, a really nice touch. We stayed at H10 Casa del Mar for 4 nights in April 2026. The beachfront setting is close to bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel, rooms and facilities are modern and finished to a high standard. It was a little too cold for the outdoor pools, so we appreciated having the indoor pool, sauna and gym. Both outdoor pools looked fantastic, though. We went for breakfast and loved the quality and choice. It was the best holiday buffet breakfast I’ve had. We also spent an afternoon on the rooftop, with its infinity pool overlooking the beach and stunning views. The drinks were lovely. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The rooftop view over the sea at sunset was breathtaking, and the hotel gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday, which made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was delicious and a real highlight. The modern design, lovely views, friendly staff and spa were all great, and daily housekeeping was a plus. There were some problems with the cleaning, though. It wasn’t always thorough, and the room seemed overdue for a proper deep clean. Towels were changed now and then, but the bed linen wasn’t changed, which was a significant drawback. I’d still return because the good points outweigh those issues. I’d even come back for the toiletries alone, the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion completely won me over.
