Hotel Eden Palma Playa Adults Only

We loved our seven days here. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Meals were excellent too, with a different dinner each night and a fantastic breakfast every morning.

The hotel is clean, in a convenient area that felt safe, and just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. Breakfast had a reasonable range, and the relaxed atmosphere was nice. Our room, once we got the right one, was comfortable, with a decent bed and a large wraparound balcony. Movement on the roof terrace above us at 6 a.m. was a bit annoying. We stayed two nights, and arrival was frustrating: after a long journey we were given the wrong room. The staff member on duty that night didn’t fix it, though the morning shift sorted it relatively quickly. That did affect our first impression. It’s a decent option for a short stay, but better service would make a real difference. Three stars feels fair for now.

The food was varied and good, and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Miguel and the gentleman at reception whose name I can’t remember deserve a special mention. They did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, and were easy to chat with. The hotel is very well located near the airport and right across from the beach. The hotel and rooms were clean, though you can hear a bit of what’s going on next door. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay.

My girlfriend and I came back this morning after five nights, and we had an amazing time. The rooms were immaculate and the safe was easy to use. The rental bikes were great value, and you could hire them all day for a low cost. We rode 20 miles and they didn’t have a single problem. The male receptionist, I think his name is huake, was the standout. I may have spelled it wrong, but he’s German and was professional, funny, charismatic and very knowledgeable. All the receptionists were great. If he reads this, he’ll know I’m the one from Newcastle with the Italian girlfriend. The food was alright, though we didn’t eat in the hotel and went out most nights. It was half board, so I guess you get what you pay for. The DJ was amazing on our first night, and the rooftop views were absolutely breathtaking. I’ll definitely visit again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to palma. Five stars!
