The owners’ care shows in how the place is arranged and maintained. They’re kind and attentive, and the result is a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The space feels calm and comfortable, with an authentic style and thoughtful design. The amenities are high quality and make it easy to settle in. I had a wonderful stay in a place that feels genuinely well cared for, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in a cosy top floor room with an outdoor patio that we used every day. The communal kitchen came in handy, and the breakfast patio was lovely. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were friendly. The location was great and the stay felt homely. Communication before we arrived was good too. It was perfect for us, thank you!

The room was quite small compared with the photos shown for the “Double room” on Booking.com. There may be larger rooms, but my partner and I were given this one, and it was perfectly fine for us. The neighbours could be quite loud late in the evening, though that didn’t bother us; other guests might mind. The place has a great location, very friendly and kind staff, and a cute feel. Rooms are serviced, and breakfast is available if you want it. It’s a good stay if you’re looking in this area.

The owner was so kind, and the location right in the town centre made it easy to pop back for the toilet or a cold beer. Sharing the open shower and toilet with a partner felt uncomfortable, though having a shared toilet on the ground floor was okay. The lock was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Josep and the other staff were very friendly and gave me good tips for my visit to Menorca. Breakfast was homemade and really good. The family run hotel is right in the middle of Ciutadella, and I had a great stay. There are four rooms, all very clean and equipped with what you need, plus a bit extra. They also lend out coolers and beach towels. I’d definitely recommend the place.
