The location is good, it was clean, and there’s an elevator, so that part was fine. But one room’s supposed double bed wasn’t really a bed for two at all. It was impossible to sleep on. We asked for a checkout two hours later because of our train times, and were charged €20. After paying for four nights, that felt stingy and in poor taste. If a later checkout is available, it should be offered regardless of the price. We also had to buy toilet paper, since there were only three rolls for five people over four nights. And we left a piece of clothing in the closet, which nobody noticed. I don’t recommend it.

The place was quiet and clean, with lovely views, and it’s close to the center. There’s a coffee maker with a few capsules, and the kitchenware is well supplied. Good value for the price.

The owner’s response left us really unhappy. Even after we called and asked repeatedly, the host didn’t offer a solution. We had an event in Granada on Saturday, and all five of us needed to shower, but the shower was only big enough for one guest and ran out of hot water fast, even though the apartment is for six. A terrible experience with the hot water, and a real lack of empathy.
