Éxito En Madrid

It’s tiny, I had to sit at an angle on the toilet, so don’t expect luxury. Still, the bed was really comfortable, everything was clean, the coffee machine was free, and the staff were friendly. A taxi was available across the street in under two minutes, and the metro is right there too. It’s in the middle of the shopping district, a perfect central spot for a decent night’s sleep.

I picked this Guest House for the location and was very happy with that choice. You’re one block from Gran Via Metro, which has a lift to street level, and less than a minute from Callao. The building is fresh and shady, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are unlimited free hot drinks from a Nespresso machine in the corridor. There’s nighttime noise, so earplugs are essential if you want to sleep. The building lift is a bit rickety but works. It can be busy at weekends and in the early afternoon, so it may take a while to get on. I only used it going up, since I didn’t mind walking down five floors.

The staff were fantastic and made me feel welcome. They can give you the information you need to enjoy your time in Madrid. The rooms are private, clean, and comfortable, and the place is right in the city centre, close to metro stations. If you want a place to stay in Madrid, I highly recommend it. Éxito!!!!!

I stayed for a long weekend and would definitely come back. The bed was so cozy, I slept like a baby, and the staff, including the owner, were super nice and happy to help with anything. Reception is open 24/7, and there are free drinks like cappuccino, hot chocolate, and tea. You walk straight out into the city centre. There’s a tiny bit of noise because it’s right in the middle of everything, but it didn’t interrupt my sleep or well-being. I’d recommend it to everyone.
