It's a cheap gym, so you get what you pay for.

I'm cancelling my membership here for the second and final time. I can't give it zero stars, but it's the worst gym I've ever seen. They even kick you out for lying. The instructors themselves are friendly and pleasant, and the gym does have some good points. Still, the water comes out boiling hot, and you have to keep complaining to get it even a bit cooler. Half the air conditioning units are switched off, so you have to keep opening the emergency doors for air. There's no drinking fountain either. To get water you have to go to the disabled restroom, which they've turned into storage and a cleaning supply closet, and there's barely any water access there. I'm fed up with arguing and the bad attitudes from management and staff. I'm done.

The gym was clean and spacious, with plenty of machines and lockers, and it never felt overcrowded. The staff were excellent, especially Julia and Sergio, who I dealt with most. They were professional, friendly, and welcoming. 10 out of 10.

There’s no way to get drinking water here except buying small bottles from a vending machine. The restroom taps are too short to fill a bottle, so we have to go to what seems like a storage room. I’ve never seen a gym without a proper water fountain or tap. I once asked an instructor about it, and it sounded like they wanted to add a machine selling flavored water. The showers have push buttons instead of faucets, and the water comes out scalding. Air conditioning is off in half the rooms, or at least it doesn’t work there, and they don’t even switch on the fan. The instructors themselves are friendly, helpful and efficient, and there are quite a few machines in this medium sized gym, some of them new. It could be good, but these problems make it a disaster for me. And in response to the lies: this isn’t about adjusting the temperature by a few degrees. The air conditioning is off. They don’t have a fountain or water system, just a vending machine selling small bottles of water. Don’t have the nerve to answer with lies.
