The jeans were nearly 100€, and the quality was awful for that price. They got damaged after basically one machine wash at 30 degrees. The shop blamed me because the label says “hand wash only,” and said they put that label on everything. It seems like a way to protect themselves. I own lots of jeans, cheaper and more expensive, and this has never happened before. Hand-washing jeans says a lot about the product’s poor quality. They’re also pushy about selling and really unfriendly when you say no. Be careful what you buy and stay away from this shop.

It was my first time shopping with this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised. The clothes are beautiful, with plenty of timeless pieces and good quality for competitive prices. The sales assistant who helped me was attentive and very kind. I think her name was Irene. I’ll definitely be back 😊

I haven’t had customer service this good in a long time. The sales assistant is a TV stylist who gave fantastic advice on what suits you and how to elevate your look. Congratulations, Dori!
