The desk staff were very helpful, and the location is great. The bed was okay. There are no lifts inside, so you have to use the stairs to reach the first floor. That’s fine for most people, but something to consider if walking is difficult. The walls are thin, and you can hear everyone coming and going at night. I’d recommend it more for budget travellers or solo guests than couples, though it’s doable for couples.

The staff made a great impression, and the facilities were spotless. The woman who checked me in was lovely and showed me how to work the stiff door. I really appreciated her help. My single room had a comfortable bed, TV, desk, and hanging space for clothes, with the bathroom nearby. Best hostel I've stayed in!

A good budget stay for couples or solo travelers, with friendly service, clean rooms, and free Wi-Fi. It's close to shops and other amenities, and the view depends on what you like. The main road didn't bother me much for noise. Just know there's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs. Couple beds aren't always available, and the single beds are comfy but can't be pushed together. I'd stay here again.

The only snag was the small toilet, but the room was clean and the staff were really friendly. The location is spot on, right by Gran Via and close to shops and the main attractions. Great value for a weekend in Madrid.

The Wi-Fi was very fast, and we were close to a few metro stops. Our room with two single beds was clean, and the staff were friendly. I stayed one night and had a good experience.
