A fantastic modern apartment, with great service over WhatsApp. All the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

It's right in central Madrid, just a few minutes' walk from puerta del sol. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the service was excellent, with someone available to respond 24/7. Recommended.

The worst experience ever. The staff were unprofessional and didn't seem to understand customer service or hospitality, especially Carmen (front desk manager). Dealing with them was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it at all, especially if you have kids. I lost 712 € for nothing because of staff I found untrained and nonsensical, the very people they call customer service.

A wonderful apartment in a good location, with lots of restaurants nearby. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Usense's customer service was great, definitely five stars from me. The apartment was clean and had all the gadgets we needed for a family stay. We were in an attic unit, which made getting around a bit awkward, and the price felt a little high. The location was great, though.
