Soho Premium 3 Bedrooms Apartment

My three-day booking was cancelled because I arrived 20 minutes late for check-in, and they wouldn't refund me afterward. It looks like fraud.

The apartment door was locked one day, and we were left waiting outside for about four hours before they contacted the insurance company to get it opened. The air conditioning also didn't work during our stay, despite us complaining several times, and no one fixed it. At the end, the company kept the deposit required for the reservation. I tried to reach them but couldn't, and they never replied even after Booking.com got back to me about the deposit. I think the good Booking.com ratings may be because they cancel bookings before the stay ends, so guests can't leave reviews. It's a scam, I wouldn't recommend it.

We'd told them we'd reach Malaga at 9:00 PM, but nobody was outside to meet us when we arrived. We couldn't reach the owner either, he didn't answer calls or Booking messages. On top of the room price, he wanted an €89 late check-in charge and a €300 deposit. Be careful, you could end up with nowhere to stay at 10:00 PM. Definitely not recommended. Booking.com has few negative reviews because cancelling a reservation unilaterally means you can't leave one. Scam!

People keep being left without a place to stay after transferring the €300 deposit, when the owners then switch off their phones. They're totally unprofessional. They don't answer, don't provide the apartment, and haven't even given an exact location. I can't understand the good Booking.com ratings. Maybe they bought reviews from people they know. Please don't fall for this. These people show no empathy and could leave someone homeless over a sum of money.
