We stayed for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience we’ve had. The apartment was much smaller than we expected, and the bed blocked the bedroom door from closing. Staff were rude, and basic supplies were missing. We got no shampoo, soap, or other toiletries at all, just two toilet rolls. We were also given only two towels for the whole stay. When I called to ask for more toiletries, towels, sugar, and milk, I was told to buy them myself. She even said I could wash the towels I already had if I wanted clean ones. AVOID!!!!!
