HM Balanguera Beach- Adults Only

The food was really nice, with plenty of choice and cooked well. The bad was well stocked and priced, though staff sometimes disappeared from both the upstairs and downstairs pool bars, so we couldn't get a drink. Check-in went smoothly but could have been quicker. Very little English was spoken, though I don't speak much Spanish either. Our top-floor room was very clean and had a powerful shower. There was a kettle, teabags and cups, but no coffee or milk. We were told those are for upgraded rooms, so it only worked if you drink black tea. The hotel is very close to the beach and the shops and restaurants along the front. We liked the main pool, which was just the right temperature, and there were enough sunbeds without anyone rushing out to claim them. The rooftop beds got extremely hot without a towel, and the pool or jacuzzi water up there seemed a bit cloudy. We really enjoyed our five nights and would go back.

The rooms were clean, the views were nice, and service throughout was friendly, professional, and excellent. I just spent my honeymoon at this lovely hotel, and the food and child free ambience were a bonus. I'll definitely return in the near future.

The staff were the real highlight, always ready to help with a smile. We felt genuinely looked after, and no request was overlooked. This adult-only hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved every minute. The rooms were very clean, with a good-sized balcony and fantastic air con. Breakfast and dinner had a wide selection, and the fun themed dinner nights added something to our stay.

Everything you need is within walking distance, and the service is great. We really enjoyed staying here, and I especially want to mention Marian and Josefa for their exceptional service, for the reasons I explain below.
