The rooftop is incredible, and it became my favourite spot for coffee each morning. The location is second to none, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, so it could get a little noisy at night, but that was part of the fun. Staff were super lovely. There’s no kettle in the room, but I appreciated being able to use one in the main canteen area. The luggage storage and bathroom facilities were useful after checkout too. I was really happy with my stay and would consider booking again.

The location was fantastic, and I enjoyed breakfast on the roof terrace even in mid November. The staff were very good and welcoming. Having water in the room was a nice touch, though I would have appreciated a kettle too. A couple of room details: Room 31 needs a handle on the inside of the en-suite sliding door. The outer door to the lift needs stronger springs so other guests don’t leave it open.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was great. The room was fine, though small and not very bright. The shower area in the toilet needed some TLC and looked a bit grubby. One guest left his light on all night, shining into our room. There are shutters, but it’s dark in the mornings. At 1.30am the night manager spent some time hammering while fixing shelving. The lift door needs a closer too, so guests don’t leave it open and make it beep until someone shuts it. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you.

We liked the staff, the family atmosphere, and the hotel’s location, with lots of restaurants, pharmacies, and shops nearby. The balcony was nice, though the view was a little worse. I wouldn’t count that as a downside. There were a few drawbacks. The bathroom was small, and sitting on the toilet was uncomfortable because of the sink. The bed was made from two small beds, and there wasn’t much room to store clothes. To get drinking water, you have to go down to the ground floor. An electric kettle in the room to boil water, or another way to get it, would be better. Best regards, Lukas and Polina
