Being so central meant restaurants, shops, and attractions were all just a short walk away. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, and we felt well looked after. It would have been nice to have a small sofa or armchair instead of only the bed as a place to sit. One thing that made me uncomfortable was the bathroom window in the shower, which wasn't frosted. During one of my showers, I noticed a man sitting in the window of the building directly across from ours. More privacy there would improve the stay. Apart from that, we had a great time and would gladly return.

I ended up staying in two different rooms after deciding at the last minute to extend by a night. One was absolutely gorgeous but faced the main street and could be noisy at night. The other was further inside the building, had an outdoor space, and was much quieter. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in the city centre, with the best location you could get for a very affordable price. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

In January it wasn't too noisy at night, though you shouldn't be sensitive to smells because you can smell the food and cooking in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious, well kept, and just right for a few days in the city. Everything is nearby, with a bar and restaurant right downstairs. Service was great, questions were answered quickly, and we were even able to check in early when we arrived. We had three very nice days and would definitely come back.

The central location put us right in the middle of everything, and the design looked nice in the photos. We had booked 2 apartments, but the reality was disappointing: everything was very spartan, worn out, and partly broken. The mattresses, pillows, and blankets smelled of dried sweat from previous guests. The service was the worst I've ever experienced. We couldn't get into the apartments until 2 hours later than 3 o'clock. There was no one at reception, so we had to ask restaurant waiters passing by for help. The biggest scandal came at the end. They accused us of urinating in a kitchen drawer. We were 8 adult women, and it wouldn't work biologically for anyone to urinate in a drawer 1 meter high. It's unbelievable. They had no proof, but charged us €300 anyway. An absolute scam. Please don't book, you'll get a nasty surprise.
