We chose the Calatrava Hotel partly because it has no pool, which suited us in February since swimming, even in heated water, didn't appeal. The location isn't right in the city center, but the room faced a quiet street, with the beach and a seaside walking path nearby. We could reach the attractions on foot or by bike, and the A1 bus stop for the airport was a three-minute walk away. My friend found it easy to get there. I left early, and the staff arranged a cab and made me a lovely breakfast to take along. The room was immaculate, attractive, thoughtfully designed, and cleaned daily. Each evening they left us delicious local teas. Breakfast ran from 8 to 11, so we could sleep in, and the bay view from the breakfast area was stunning. There was a clear plastic enclosure that kept the space warm without blocking the view, useful in winter and probably more for shade in summer. The food was fresh: fruit, muesli, bread, ham, salmon, and pastries to help yourself to, plus an a la carte menu. The eggs royale was fantastic, and there were pancakes too. The staff were professional, polite, and wonderful about arranging parking, reservations, taxis, and food recommendations. The garage was tricky with a large car, as they warned us, so a smaller one would make getting in and out easy. I liked the decor, including photos of the island taken by a local photographer, and the hotel never felt huge. 10/10, I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Palma.

We particularly loved the bar terrace, with its excellent coffee, tasty snacks, and breathtaking views. The hotel is beautiful, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout, always with a smile. From our arrival, Inese and Sara welcomed us with real warmth and professionalism. We had a truly wonderful stay at the Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House and highly recommend it for an elegant, memorable visit.

Booking Hotel Calatrava at the last minute turned into a lovely surprise. I especially enjoyed unwinding in the private spa after exploring Palma, and the room was comfortable and beautifully designed. The team were genuinely kind and attentive, making the stay feel easy. Breakfast and evening drinks on the rooftop terrace were a highlight, with stunning views over the Bay of Palma. I'd happily return and recommend it.

The staff were exceptional, and the design is stunning, with beautifully thought-out spaces. After spending a few nights at Hotel Valldemossa, we booked this property to see another side of the IT Family's design and hospitality. It didn't disappoint. We accidentally left our passports in the safe, and the GM personally arranged a taxi to bring them to the airport. That was an extraordinary act of care. We can't wait to try more of the IT Family's hotels. They've completely won us over.

We were ten people walking around when we came across this place, and they welcomed us right away. We sat on the rooftop and took in the amazing view across Palma bay and the surrounding mountains. The staff were professional, helpful, and smiling. We had a wonderful time and an unforgettable Mallorca sunset. Thank you, Caltarava Hotel.
