The apartment is spacious, clean, and welcoming, with the cathedrals and university just 50 meters away. You're right in the heart of Salamanca, so the location is hard to beat. I'd recommend booking with parking included, since driving and parking are restricted in the city center. Salamanca is best explored at an easy pace, and its history and heritage are well worth discovering.

The price was exorbitant, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless, like us, you have no real choice. Before our stay the host wouldn't let us see the apartment, then told us there was damp in the main bedroom. The heating didn't come on until day three and was only on for two hours a day. In the middle of winter we had summer sheets, with no blankets or towels. The kitchen utensils were scarce for a family and very worn.

I ended up not staying in Jorge's apartment because of a personal work matter, not because of anything he did. Before moving in, we communicated well, and he was helpful with my questions about administrative procedures. When I needed to change the dates to make my refund possible, he was very accommodating. His transparency and positive, helpful attitude made me want to leave this review for future tenants.

Carrefour Express nearby made it easy to pick up daily necessities, and the hotel is ideally placed for exploring Salamanca's old town. The Wi-Fi was unsteady at first, though it got better later. I'd happily stay again if I get the chance.

The owners were lovely, and the apartment was comfortable, well equipped, and right in the center of Salamanca. We spent Easter week there and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it.
