Vista Verde Beach Mate

There are plenty of sun loungers around a decent pool. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen had good equipment, including a large fridge and microwave. There was also a TV and air conditioning.

It's a neat, small complex, exceptionally clean, with rooms cleaned three times a week. The people who run the apartments are very friendly, and it's really quiet. You'll have to make your own entertainment, and it's a good 30-45 minute walk to anywhere with bars or restaurants.

The pool was clean and warm, but there isn't much else in the way of amenities. The apartment was reasonably clean apart from the small ants, which seemed to get everywhere. The surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired. It looks like a big development was planned and started, then abandoned. Much of the cleared ground is now covered with weeds and blown rubbish.

There's no bar or food available. It's a lovely place if you're looking for somewhere quiet, but watch out for Canarian bank holidays, when it's popular with locals and can get quite noisy. The room was clean. The day receptionist was miserable except on Saturday, while the evening lady was lovely.
