The location is hard to beat: right in the middle of the city, under a minute from the seafront, about five minutes from Old Town and ten from the bus station. Even with all that nearby, it was really quiet. I was travelling solo on a budget, and the room was just what I wanted: clean and private, with a balcony onto a quaint street. It had the basics I needed, including a fridge, shower, table and chairs, TV and shelves. Don’t expect a big ensuite or breakfast included. It’s a safe-feeling place to come back to while you explore. The person who checked me in shared tips on good places, hidden spots and places they thought were overrated. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the room was cleaned daily. Had a great couple of days here.

We stayed two nights with family and had a really good experience. The hosts were friendly, and the room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed, even a hairdryer. It’s right in the centre of San Sebastián, and for what we paid, we had no complaints. Would recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, the digital locks made getting in easy, and the Wi-Fi worked without any fuss. It was good value for money. The room is very small, but it was clean, quiet and tidy, and in a city like San Sebastian you’re mostly inside to sleep anyway. Great location, close to everything, and I was very happy with my stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

Iñaki was lovely and gave us some great recommendations. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the place is in a lovely spot overall. The showers are like a lot of places in Europe, so, you know, don’t drop the soap 😅. Highly recommend, 10/10!

The room’s tiny, but it was super clean, and for the price it’s great value. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Just don’t try the tapas bar they recommended.
