The room was one of the less well-situated ones, around 110-120. We mostly looked out onto a roof, and could hear noise from the neighbouring hotel, though it stopped at 11 p.m. each day. The room was cleaned well every day and was clean overall. The outdoor pool was ice cold, so my 4-year-old didn’t want to swim. The sea was warmer, and we went to the beach every day. We used the small indoor pool about three times when it rained. Food was good at breakfast and dinner, with a broad evening selection and a children’s table where kids could get their own food. I liked the healthy smoothies at breakfast, though the scrambled eggs were too milky and watery. The meat was a bit plain, and the daily chicken fillet was sometimes dry. Some herbs or spices and more variation would help. The evening entertainment was great, and the minidisco staff were very enthusiastic. We also popped into the kids’ club, where three staff were looking after eight children, so it seemed well organized. Good value for money, and we’ll go again.

Food and drinks were amazing, and the entertainment was great for both the kids and us. We also liked the pool, especially the good-sized children’s pool. Sleeping was the one letdown: the bed was two single beds pushed together, and they kept moving apart during the night, leaving a gap. That’s why sleep gets four stars, while everything else gets five. Even so, I’d happily go back.

The location, food and amenities were all great, and the hotel was amazing and very accommodating with my son, who has special needs. Amparo, the dining host, and Angele at reception were a massive help. I felt bad for our cleaner and told her I was on my own. She was very sympathetic and lovely. Her name on the room documentation is Sana. Thank you, coma gran.

We’ve just come back from a week here and couldn’t fault the hotel or its staff. Check-in was handled by friendly, helpful people, the rooms were spotless, and there was a great range of food every night. The towel service is a really good idea. The location is excellent, with supermarkets right outside, lots of shops nearby and the beach just a short walk away. We’d definitely recommend it.
