The walls are paper thin and the sound insulation is awful. I was woken at 6:30 by vans unloading in the industrial estate next door, then by guests and cleaners. The staff are lovely and friendly, but I didn't stay here to chat with them. The main reception looks tired, there were carpet stains on my floor, and there's only one very small lift, so expect to wait. I don't see how this counts as a four-star hotel. Two stars, maybe three on a very good day.

Our bags were stolen from the lobby while we were checking in. I saw a man walking around looking busy, but didn't think he'd manage to take them. The woman at reception was no help: she wouldn't help us speak with the police or call the manager, saying the manager was only available from Monday. What kind of hotel chain has no way to reach a manager? I suspect she was involved. Be careful and don't book here unless you want the same experience.

Two of our bags were taken from the lobby while we were checking in. There was one woman at reception and no security or manager, and she was no help. At first they resisted calling the police, didn't try to contact the manager or anyone else, and wouldn't share the CCTV footage with us. After we called the police, she told both us and the police that she'd provide the footage the next day. The next day a different receptionist said they could give it only to the police, and we had to go to the station first. I suspect staff may be connected to the people who did it. Around check-in at 3 pm, there are often a couple of people wandering around the lobby, apparently looking for their next target. Book at your own risk and inconvenience.

The hotel was clean and nice, with a very spacious room and bathroom. On sunny days, though, the room got quite warm and stuffy.

Rooms were cleaned every day, and overall I had a nice experience at this hotel in Sevilla. Breakfast was decent, although the choice wasn't large. The hotel shares its parking with a hospital, and parking isn't part of the room price.
