We were very pleased with our four-day stay at Hotel Casa Romana, even with a few small inconveniences. The hotel has two buildings across the street from each other. Reception and breakfast are in the main one, while the other has rooms only, so we crossed over each morning. Its location is great, a three-minute walk to the main shopping streets and about ten minutes on foot to Seville's sights. Staff at reception and the breakfast restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the buffet was very good. They quickly replenished anything running low. I wasn't keen on the capsule coffee machine because it creates unnecessary plastic waste. Our room was clean, with a large bathroom and shower. It was quiet at night, and we didn't hear street noise. The downside was having no window to the outside, just a small one looking onto the inner hallway. We couldn't open it or draw the curtains because people walking past could see in, so we had no fresh air or daylight and kept the lights on. The room was also quite small for three. An extra bed blocked the wardrobe and bathroom, though we managed after rearranging things.

Paula and Irene made our trip to Seville feel complete. They were so sweet and accommodating, always looking for solutions, and I want to thank them both. For our birthday, they made the room look beautiful. Paula was lovely and even drew us a map to help us explore. Irene was just as nice, and quick and helpful whenever she replied. Their boss should treat them really well. Huge thanks to both of them! xxx

We had an amazing three-night stay booked through Secret Escapes. The hotel is central, within walking distance of the festive markets and sights, and it's spotless. Our ground-floor room, 105, had a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom with separate bath and shower, plus 'his & her' sinks. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Marina & Joel at reception handled questions informatively, Raquel kept breakfast fresh and well presented, and Mohammed was always nearby with a smile and polite welcome when we wanted a drink at the main bar or rooftop terrace. We'd highly recommend this hotel when in Seville.

The room was gorgeous, clean, and spacious, with comfy beds and a lovely shower. The location was perfect, and the courtyard was lovely too. There's also a rooftop terrace that looked great, though we didn't visit it. I'd recommend booking early like we should have, and avoiding a room near the exit if you don't want early risers to wake you.
