We could see the cathedral and Giralda from the rooftop terrace, and the hotel is on a quieter street away from the tourist crowds, yet near many attractions. Our clean, fairly modern room had a bit of a Spanish cottage feel. The staff were friendly and held our bags when we arrived before check-in. It’s a small hotel with few rooms, so there aren’t many other guests, though the walls are thin. We could hear the neighbors and their nightly activities. Breakfast is served at the neighboring Halo hotel, where staff check that guests are registered. There’s a variety of food and it does the job, though I’d rather eat at a restaurant.

I felt very safe here as a woman travelling alone, thanks to the locked security door downstairs. It had a peaceful, almost compound-like feel, and the staff at reception were very helpful. They even booked me a free walking tour. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is in a fantastic part of the old city. I’d absolutely stay again. Extra points for contacting guests on WhatsApp, especially since so many travellers use eSIMs.

It’s a quiet boutique hotel, a lovely choice for couples, with very clean and nicely decorated rooms. The location is fantastic, close to Alcazar and Cathedral. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Carlos and Juan were polite, spoke English well, and were happy to give directions.

The location is ideal, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the Alcázar. Joaquín made us feel welcome and the service was excellent. I booked one night, then extended for two more because the stay exceeded my expectations. I’d happily come back.

Santa Cruz is a beautiful neighborhood, and the city as a whole is easy for tourists to get around. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay and will be back soon.
