Casa Palacio Don Ramón Hotel

The old palace’s interior is stunning, with traditional Andalusian decor and some Arabic touches. Guests have plenty of inviting places to relax, from the beautiful patio to the rooftop pool terrace and smaller cozy corners. Our room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel is well placed for shopping and exploring central Seville. Valet parking and luggage assistance were very attentive, and there were thoughtful gifts and details throughout. Service was first class from start to finish. Highly recommend it for a luxurious stay.

The service was top notch, and the staff always helped with every request. They welcomed us with a nice bottle of Cava and gave us water and nuts for the trip when we left. For my first visit to Seville, Hotel Don Ramon made the trip special. It’s a small boutique hotel right in the center, convenient for the main sights. Our room had outstanding Moorish-style decor and was very well appointed. There’s also a lovely courtyard that would be a great place to sit in good weather, plus a coffee bar for breakfast. We loved our three-night stay.

Manuel called an ambulance when my husband became unwell after eating at a restaurant the night before, then stayed with us to translate and help however he could. The staff rushed to assist us, and I’m so glad we chose this hotel in Sevilla. We visited in January, and found the location ideal, close to the central area. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The rooms, halls, and corridors are decorated artistically, and the scent throughout is lovely. I’d give the hotel more than five stars if I could.

The room was on the small side, though the toilet was good. We stayed two nights and found the staff very welcoming. The hotel has a distinctive feel, and the stay was beyond what I’d expect from a regular five-star hotel. I’d highly recommend it for a visit to Seville.
