La Casa Del Sol

We found a lovely apartment at short notice for four of us for one night. It was a bit small for our group, but worked nicely for that stay; for a longer visit, I think it'd suit a couple best. The location was great, and having a terrace and a private dip in the pool was a nice treat.

The little yard was a favorite, and I appreciated the coffee capsules the owner had left. Those small touches matter. The apartment was nicely furnished and super clean, easy to find, and in a really convenient spot. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again if I return to Seville.

The only issue I ran into was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains now and then, early in the morning or in the evening. I shut the bathroom door and used air freshener from a local supermarket, which dealt with it, though including air freshener with the cleaning supplies could help. I hope management addresses the drains. Even so, I'm keen to return with family, perhaps to book the apartment with the pool. I only took one photo, of the balloons in the apartment. We stayed eight days in July 2023 at Apartment 02 Murillo La Casa del Pintor in Sevilla. It was a great alternative to a hotel, with housekeeping as well as a spacious, well-planned layout and plenty of utilities. Everything worked flawlessly. The modern apartment was clean, and the beds and sofa had no marks or stains. It was easy to find, with good places to eat nearby. Tourist sights were walkable, and the neighborhood felt safe at night. It was boiling hot during our visit, but both air conditioners kept us comfortable. The kitchenette had what we needed for simple meals, and the smart TV had Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and Disney+ for relaxing after a long day. A washing machine was available, and fresh washing pods were provided when needed. Barbara, the cleaner, was especially good. She was friendly, polite, and trustworthy, and helped with our questions despite the language barrier. Her cleaning was thorough, and she checked whether we needed towels, toilet roll, or anything else. The management also made my friend's birthday special. I'd mentioned it during booking, and they surprised us with decorations and a cupcake. I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We had a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend the apartment to anyone visiting beautiful Sevilla.

The person managing the apartment was very helpful, and we'd gladly come back. It's right in central Sevilla, with really cozy rooms. We recommend it.
