The Torre de Francia is a residential tower on Avenida de Francia, 2 in Valencia, Spain, opposite the Turia Gardens and the City of Arts and Sciences, in the Camins al Grau district. At about 115 metres tall and with 35 floors, it's one of Valencia's tallest buildings. It is currently ranked second, behind the Hilton Tower (Hotel Meliá Valencia). The building is known for its distinctive design and views of the City of Arts and Sciences. The project was developed by Perretta Arquitectura. The views of the City of Arts and Sciences are lovely, and the building looks modern and very nice from outside. Inside, though, it feels a bit dated. Some staff are friendly, while others are grumpy. It doesn't merit five stars in my view, especially with the rooftop door kept closed.
