The room and hotel were clean, seemed recently refurbished, and were quiet and comfortable. I booked at the last minute for a business trip to Vigo, and wasn’t sure about it because of the two-star rating. There was an odd issue with my business card when paying remotely, but Laura said not to worry and that I could pay on arrival. Check-in was quick and easy, and Laura at reception was fantastic again. My one small wish is that there’d been a kettle in the room for coffee. Otherwise, I’d recommend it for a Vigo stay, close to the town center, Vialia shopping center, and other amenities.

Really disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The food wasn’t good, especially breakfast, which was expensive and not worth it. The staff were disrespectful: they left my girl waiting downstairs and wouldn’t let her come up even for five minutes during the day. It’s expensive and doesn’t include a proper breakfast.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, always ready to answer questions, and reception is open around the clock. The bed and shower were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was fantastic and extremely clean. The location is excellent too, just meters from the city’s train and bus stations and the main tourist attractions, all easy to reach on foot.
