The rooms were nice, and breakfast was both delicious and generous. The host was excellent. Highly recommended!

I’d love to come back. Ceret is such a charming village, and the hotel has a really welcoming feel. The host is polite and helpful, and breakfast is included, with your choice of what to have. Everything was cooked just right. I especially enjoyed the oatmeal porridge, poached eggs, fresh croissants and fruit salad. Such a rare find!

It took us a bit to find the place, but once there, we found it close to major items in downtown Ceret. Free parking is available, although it may be a little farther away. The host is wonderful to chat with, the room is cozy and breakfast was great.

Pack light, as the best bedrooms are on the third floor. This family run bed and breakfast is absolutely perfect, with breakfast provided by the hosts and a location right in the center of old town Ceret.

There’s little I can add to all the positive reviews. Poppy’s is a great place to stay, well located in a lively, pleasant town. The hosts are nice, the bed is good, breakfast is great, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The shower pressure was a little low. We’ll be back to Poppy’s later this year with friends. In town, the Musee d'Art Modern is a must see. This fabulous place has many great paintings and ceramics, including a mind blowing beautiful Chagall and a great selection of Picasso ceramics. Entry costs ten euro.
