It’s easy to get around the whole stretch of the D-Day landing beaches from here, with Omaha and the expressway nearby. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Overlord cottage. There’s good value for money, and I’d happily recommend it. The owners were kind and welcoming, thank you to them. The place is well equipped, with a bright, spacious, inviting living room and large bedrooms. The little terrace off the first-floor bedroom is a nice extra.

The owners were very supportive and gave us lots of ideas for places to visit, including some we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. The only small downside is having to leave the car 30 meters away instead of parking in the gîte courtyard, but it didn’t affect how good or safe our stay felt. We had a wonderful time at the Overlord gîte, right among the historical sites. It’s nicely set up for a family or group of friends, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and all the amenities we needed. The decor is charming. I highly recommend it.

This is our second time renting this lovely cottage. The hosts really pay attention to our comfort. Highly recommended.

We had a great family holiday here. The cottage is well equipped and nicely decorated, in a very good location. The owners were welcoming, pleasant, and available, and gave us useful tips for things to do and good deals. We’ll be back, I recommend it.
