We had everything we needed in this cosy room. The building's old, so sound carries, but our quiet neighborhood meant it wasn't a problem for us. Still, that's something to keep in mind when booking in such a wonderful old neighborhood.

Olivier made us feel extremely welcome and was very helpful. I had a great time at the Avy Residence, and the location was great too. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Lyon.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is extremely nice, right in the heart of the city center and just 1.5 minutes from the metro station.

The kitchenette was really practical for us with young children, or for anyone wanting an alternative to eating out. The rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed our stay with the family in this charming building.
