The rooms are huge, and I was genuinely surprised by how good the place is. The spa is included, though it could use a bit of freshening up. The restaurant buffet is really good, and the bar is worth a visit. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

If you're after less expensive accommodation within 1 km of the old port (Vieux Port), with good Wi-Fi and secure parking, this place may suit you. But expect an inexperienced reception desk and staff who seemed uneducated, likely on minimum wage, and treated customers like nuisances. The so-called restaurant felt more like an industrial canteen, looted by 9AM and unhygienic. There was a general sense of dilapidation too, and its 3-star rating felt more like 2-star.

The front desk staff tried to be helpful, so I can't complain about them, though I suppose the team is junior and could use training. At the bar, though, don't bother ordering a cocktail. My mojito was overpriced soda water. As for the location, I won't comment, to avoid insulting anyone. This was my first stay in a “village,” and maybe my last. The room was okay, but amenities were basically just towels, changed every four days. In summer, when people shower because it's hot, I find that absurd. There was no soap, shampoo, or other basics, and no housekeeping. Again, only once a week?

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room wasn't cleaned, even after we asked, because our visit was under seven days. We had to take dirty bath towels to reception to get replacements, and getting a second key card for the two of us seemed to be a hassle. At the restaurant, both dinner and bar payments had to be by card. The dinner arrived cold, and some of it was inedible.
