Palais Ségurane Nice Boutique Hôtel

We loved how close Palais Segurane is to the tram, shops, and restaurants in Old Nice. The restaurant Catherine had tasty food and a nice atmosphere, and the spa was a real treat, especially since we could book it privately for a few hours. We also got to reserve the cinema room. Our family of four spent a few lovely days there. The staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious, modern, and had all the comforts we needed.

The room was gorgeous and finished to a really high standard, and the location gets a 10/10 from me. I came for a birthday trip, and the team was so generous that I’m incredibly grateful. Every staff member I met was kind, patient, and friendly. I don’t speak French, but they still took care of what I needed and shared loads of sightseeing tips. This has been my best Hôtel stay so far. I’d choose nowhere else in Nice and will be back.

Having an apartment-style room was brilliant, especially if you’re travelling with children. Catherine’s bar also served a delicious breakfast. The old town, new town, and port are all close by and easy to reach on foot. For the airport tram, the line is about a two-minute walk away, at either the port stop or Garabaldi stop. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Nice and would definitely recommend it.

We’ve lived in Europe for years, and this was my third visit to Nice. I like this hotel for its spacious, clean rooms, modern decor, separate beds, and reasonable price. It feels like a hidden gem, and thanks to the front desk team. The location is safe and very nice, about five minutes from Old Town and the marina, with plenty of decent restaurants and bars nearby. We arrived early for our two-night weekend stay, checked in smoothly, and got a text to say the room was ready. Suite 301 was great, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room, and coffee, tea, and water. The beds were comfortable, the curtains blocked all the light, and both the shower and bath were good. Housekeeping was flexible to our preference. The tram took us door to door from the airport. One breakfast issue: a woman there looked sulky and didn’t smile. She asked if I wanted water, but I didn’t realize the bottle cost 7€, especially since I’d seen others having tap water. The question was misleading, and breakfast was 21€ on top of that. I mentioned it to the front desk after paying.
